Who we are
A South Texas energy platform
Producing acreage, midstream connectivity, and behind-the-meter wellhead gas under a clear parent–operator structure. Traditional E&P discipline with on-lease use of gas for Bitcoin mining and technology energy campuses.
Today: a 36-well South Texas portfolio under Texoil Ventures LLC, RRC operator-of-record status, and contracted fiber into the operating footprint. Growth adds deep and shallow wells against geology, infrastructure, and commercial readiness.
Naming note. Legal entity: Texoil Ventures LLC (no space). Marketing may refer to “Tex Oil Ventures.” The capital parent is Tex Oil Holdings Inc.
